Remuneration is a term used by charities to describe payment made to board members for their duties.

Charities are allow to remunerate board members, but the decision to do so rest with each charity and should be one considered very carefully.

Reporting remuneration of 'key management personnel'

New guidelines set out the requirements for charities when it comes to reporting on the remuneration of key management personnel. Examples of key management personnel include Responsible People, as well as senior staff (CEO, chief officers)
