If the ACNC has suspended or removed a Responsible Person (such as a board or committee member, or trustee), we can also separately disqualify them from being eligible to be on the governing body of any other registered charity.
We can only disqualify a person if we have given them notice, and if there are good reasons to disqualify them.
If we disqualify a person, their name will be listed on the ACNC disqualified persons register.
The ACNC has not yet disqualified any Responsible People.
