Option 1:

- Select 'Clear Recent History…'.
- Change the Time Range to Clear to 'Everything'.

- Close and reopen the browser to ensure the changes take effect.

- De-select 'Preserve Favorites website data', and ensure the next 3 options are selected - Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History.

- In Internet Explorer, hold down 'Alt + T' on your keyboard to bring down the Tools menu.
- Select ‘Delete Browsing History’.
- De-select 'Preserve Favorites website data', and ensure the next 3 options are selected - Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History.
- Click ‘Delete’. Once the process has completed, close all Internet Explorer windows and reopen it to ensure the changes take effect.
