Commenting on concerns
The ACNC cannot disclose information about compliance activity or investigations on request.
There are limited circumstances in which the ACNC can disclose protected information. If the ACNC Commissioner decides to disclose information about an investigation, it will be published on the ACNC website.
If the ACNC Commissioner decides not to disclose information, the ACNC will not speak publicly about the circumstances of a charity beyond referring to information already published on the ACNC website and the Charity Register.
