If you are unsure whether we have the power to look into your concern, contact us and we will be able to discuss your concern with you. If we are unable to assist, we may be able to refer you to another agency that has responsibility for dealing with the issue.

What happens next?

When you raise a concern about a charity with us, you will be notified that the concern has been received. In some cases, we may contact you for additional information, or to let you know the concern is outside of our jurisdiction.

Please note that, due to secrecy provisions in the ACNC Act, we cannot tell you details about action we take as a result of the issue you have reported to us.
